System Administrator

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a System Administrator with expertise in Linux administration, networking, infrastructure automation, and cloud technologies to join the Infrastructure Team. If you're interested in Ansible, Zabbix, Docker, Kubernetes, and in the future, building hybrid cloud infrastructure, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administering and configuring networks, including Kubernetes, VPN;
• Configuring firewalls, and basic security systems;
• Deploying and managing bare-metal and virtual servers;
• Participating in the design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure on AWS;
• Developing and adapting Ansible playbooks;
• Monitoring infrastructure with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus;
• Setting up backup and disaster recovery mechanisms;
• Automating routine tasks using Bash;
• Configuring high-availability databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL);
• Maintaining internal infrastructure documentation (Wiki, Google Docs).

What We Expect From You:

• Experience with TCP/IP networking at L2/L3/L7 levels;
• Experience in configuring NGINX, HAProxy, Kubernetes Ingress;
• Experience with AWS infrastructure deployment, including security policy management, will be a huge plus;
• 3+ years of Linux administration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu);
• Basic experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Minio;
• Experience in monitoring and log management systems (Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch);
• Strong Bash skills for automation, Python scripting as a plus;
• Willingness to learn and actively contribute.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in writing SELinux policies;
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/Rancher;
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitLab;
• Knowledge of mesh networking and network diagnostics;
• Basic experience in routing and firewall scripting with IPTables;
• Administration of XCP-ng hypervisors (Citrix Hypervisor);
• Understanding of information security principles, familiarity with Greenbone/Suricata.
