Controller (Business Controller)

My name is Lia and I'm an HR specialist in KT&G.

We're searching for Business Controller for our Eurasia Controller Department. The main duty of this position is managing of overall business management in an independent, objective position while supporting management's decision-making by reporting directly to BMO HQ.

! Please note: we work from office from 8:00 till 17:00 only. No other options.

Performance Objectives:

• Provide analysis, input and recommendations to the President regarding business and financial impacts of decision paths;
• Measure and guide financial performance;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the control environment and suggest an improvement plan;
• Consistently monitor, evaluate, and present on the company’s performance effectiveness;
• Prepare and present financial information and major business analysis through a reporting package to the Controller at HQ.

Tasks:

• Direct Reporting to BMO HQ;
• Management of Reporting Package;
• Independent Performance Management;
• Management Diagnosis;
• Risk Mitigation on Business Management;
• Management of the SAP CO Module (PCA/PA);
• Effectively perform all assigned duties;

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of related experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Budgeting;
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role;
• Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS) and Tax law (corporate tax law, etc.);
• Knowledge of management of performance, forecasting, internal assurance, control, business strategy, management of budget;
• Confident use of PC, knowledge of specialized programs (ERP system (SAP), Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint));
• Working level of English (upper-intermediate).
