You will be in the RU Leadership Team reporting to VP Russia in a close cooperation with HQ Finance Team. You will be managing the finance department in Russia, ensuring the company's financial health and growth. You will act as the finance business partner, to ensure the organization makes efficient investments and manages its costs in the most efficient way / Вы будете подчиняясь вице-президенту региона Россия и активно коммуницировать с финансовой командой штаб-квартиры. Вы будете управлять финансовым департаментом в России, обеспечивая финансовое здоровье и рост компании. Your responsibilities / Ваши обязанности

• Adapt, develop and deliver overall financial strategy to Russian business reality, create Finance agenda for Russia in accordance with global company standards / Адаптация, разработка и реализация общей финансовой стратегии в соответствии с реалиями российского бизнеса.
• Oversee the day to day operations of the finance and accounting departments, by providing strong professional leadership and managing a team of more than 10 employees / Контроль работы финансового и бухгалтерского подразделений
• Ensure that group finance procedures are adapted and applied in Russia / Обеспечение адаптации и применения финансовых процедур группы в России
• Own the execution of company financial plans including budgets, forecasts and scenario analyses / Обеспечение выполнения финансовых планов компании
• Monitor external business and economic conditions impacting Russia / Мониторинг внешних экономических и деловых условий
• Closely monitor the latest tax and accounting law updates to foresee their possible impact on the Russian subsidiaries / Контроль изменений в налоговом и бухгалтерском законодательстве РФ.
• Provide timely and accurate reportings, while working on enhancing precision and tightening deadlines / Подготовка отчетности
• Understand business strategy and provide relevant economical and financial advice to leadership / Понимание стратегии бизнеса.
• Lead the process relating to liquidity and treasury management, providing full treasury autonomy of subsidiaries / Руководство процессами
• Lead all types of audits in which the subsidiaries are involved / Руководство всеми видами аудита в компании.

Your qualifications / Ваша квалификация

• 10 years corporate finance experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role / 10 лет опыта работы в сфере корпоративных финансов,

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance / Степень бакалавра в области бухгалтерского учета или финансов.

• Proven ownership of financial reporting, financial processes, and key metrics in multi-faceted businesses / владение финансовой отчетностью, финансовыми процессами и ключевыми показателями в многопрофильных компаниях.

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment / Умение работать в динамичной, быстро меняющейся среде

• High attention to detail, with a solution-oriented mindset and systemic approach, quantitative and reporting skills / Высокое внимание к деталям
