Responsibilities:
- Development and establishment of project management standards, risk management procedures, and quality management;
- Participating in project evaluation and prioritization to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals;
- Personnel management of the project office, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and team development. Also, recruiting new employees;
- Risk management to minimize potential threats associated with new projects;
- Reporting and communication: responsible for project reporting and communication with stakeholders, including organizational management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements for the development of IT solutions;
- Expertise in modeling and optimizing business processes;
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various project stages;
- Proficient in documenting business processes and technical requirements;
- Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating IT solutions;
- Knowledge of database management and administration;
- Active participation in testing processes to ensure solution quality and compliance.
