1. Development and establishment of project management standards, risk management procedures, and quality management;
2. Participating in project evaluation and prioritization to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals;
3. Personnel management of the project office, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and team development. Also, recruiting new employees;
4. Risk management to minimize potential threats associated with new projects;
5. Reporting and communication: responsible for project reporting and communication with stakeholders, including organizational management.

1. Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements for the development of IT solutions;
2. Expertise in modeling and optimizing business processes;
3. Strong stakeholder management skills across various project stages;
4. Proficient in documenting business processes and technical requirements;
5. Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating IT solutions;
6. Knowledge of database management and administration;
7. Active participation in testing processes to ensure solution quality and compliance.

1. Work in the modern office in the center of Limassol with Team of open-mind people;
2. Relocation package included compensation for flight, accommodation 1 month;
