Junior support engineer (English)

Task you will be solving:

• Studying the principles of operation and functions of software.
• Communicating with company clients via phone, email, and video conferences.
• Assisting clients in resolving emerging issues.
• Documenting and describing identified software defects.

What we expect from you:

• A desire to develop in the field of technical support or software implementation.
  A genuine desire to help and care for clients, showing sensitivity to their questions and problems.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems: Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of database fundamentals (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB) will be a plus.
• Ability to work with application programs and a willingness to learn.
  Stress resilience, diligence, and attention to detail.
