Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality market research, insights and recommendations in order to enable Marketing strategy development;
Launch excellence and Drive Marketing strategy execution;
Use innovative research methods, including the usage of AI, to reveal new market insights;
Improve branding, get insights into product features;
Drive primary market research including customer loyalty studies, concept tests, customer preferences studies, patient journey studies, etc. to generate valuable insights;
Manage the agencies performing market research in efficient way (from tender stage to results presentation/work-shops);
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and level of execution;
Identify barriers and explore new opportunities;
Develop a transparent approach to planning models based on assumptions and inputs from all relevant departments (Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Commercial);
Contribute to development of patient;
Analyze market data, including IQVIA tenders data and prescription data;
Improve Business Plan, Long and Short Range Plan excellence in figures;
Contribute to strategic and operational business planning cycle;
Develop market research strategy and annual plans;
Control the market research budget.
Requirements:
Education
Economics/stats/finance/pharmaceutical/medical/marketing
Experience
1+ years of Market research or Business Intelligence experience in the pharmaceutical area;
Experience in market and product performance analysis;
Experience of working in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge
Basics of primary and secondary market research methods and market analysis techniques;
Fluent Excel and PowerPoint user;
Advanced data analysis methods and tools, competitive intelligence knowledge, IQVIA database experience are all advantages
Presentational skills;
English level – intermediate.
