The Digital Team is in search of an experienced Regional User Acquisition Manager!
Responsibilities:
Creating an overall user acquisition strategy
Media planning for digital channels within the budget to achieve optimal results
Real-time budget and KPI adjustments based on current performance, inputs from GTM, BDM, the Digital team, market conditions, etc.
Meeting digital targets for the region: NU Paid, CAC Paid / CPR
Generating hypotheses and launching tests based on regional challenges and pain points
Testing new traffic sources
Acting as the entry point for marketing and business regarding ASO, SEM, and SEO
Aggregating and identifying insights from creative materials
Developing briefs and requirements for new creative assets
Communicating with the GTM team and the business, preparing reports and presentations
Conducting market and competitor analysis.
Setting tasks for analytics
Requirements:
Knowledge of attribution on advertising platforms and MMP/GA for both web and app, distinguishing between new and returning users in the context of new data privacy policies
Experience with advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Moloco, etc.)
Ability to analyze data in formats like LTV, Activity, Cohort, etc., using tools like Appsflyer, Tableau, GA, Google Spreadsheets, and more
Experience working with iOS post version 14.5
Understanding of concepts such as incrementality, retargeting, user segmentation, and how to work with them
Ability to set up and analyze A/B tests
Basic knowledge of ASO is a plus
The knowledge of the English language at a B2 level
