Now we have a brand new opening for a Tax Manager to join our International Accounting Group!

Your main tasks will be:

• Сalculation of indirect taxes for all companies (sales tax) monthly
• Organization of registration in tax offices of different countries, including the USA and Canada by states
• Preparation of tax calculations, including a breakdown by line of business
• Submission of reporting to tax authorities of different countries, control of payment and receipt
• Reflection and control of accrued taxes in ERP
• Preparation of reports for management, analytics of accrued taxes
• Assessment and development of measures to minimize tax risks
• Support of tax audits and preparation of responses to tax authorities upon request
• Participation in tax budgeting
• Communication with outsourcing companies and auditors on tax issues

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Tax manager/Tax accounting specialist/Chief accountant/Deputy chief accountant in big4 or mid-to-large companies
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work with a large amount of data
• Understanding of the principle of double-entry accounting
• Experience of working in accounting programs
• Knowledge of tax legislation of different countries
• English - Upper-Intermediate+
• Russian - native/fluent
• Knowledge of IFRS (nice to have)
• Good logical thinking
• Attentiveness to detail, accuracy, ability to work independently
