- Ability to comply with the Project Management Office, while focusing on project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and objectives;
- Act as a single point of contact towards the customers during installation regarding site management, with pro-active communication and usage of related tools
- Be responsible for achieving own targets of add-on sales and change orders during installation
- Be accountable for customer satisfaction on installation process and quality of installation
- Subcontractor relations and people leadership:
- Be responsible for verifying that installers are trained, certified, competent and capable of performing each installation task
- Be accountable for site operatives’ motivation and wellbeing
- Take full ownership and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of maintenance solutions;
- Be there for the maintenance team in solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and or other safety issues;
- To lead the delivery of service according to the service contract requirements, time limits and the quality standards and the according to local regulations;
- Prepare the overall maintenance program and resource planning;
- Manage the maintenance team including daily human resource management (absences, time sheet review/approvals) and report project progress (schedule, maintenance hours, fitter time sheets, budget and risk analysis) to the management team;
- Maintain accurate documentation and use tools available.
