We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our R&D team. This role supports regulatory compliance, product registration activities, and smooth market entry of Amway products across the region, working closely with internal teams and external authorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support product registration, notification, and declaration processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of products and raw materials in assigned markets.
- Assist with ITM preparation and related activities.
- Monitor regulatory changes and identify potential risks.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers, declarations, and certification documents.
- Review and approve product artwork for legal compliance.
- Communicate with regulatory authorities and support reporting.
- Support internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Legal) with regulatory and technical questions.
- Participate in preparation for regulatory inspections.
- Inform stakeholders about regulatory changes affecting products.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, certification, or a related area.
- Experience in an international or multinational company is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of regulatory systems, documentation, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and standards.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English and local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
