Regulatory affair specialist in beauty&selfcare

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our R&D team. This role supports regulatory compliance, product registration activities, and smooth market entry of Amway products across the region, working closely with internal teams and external authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support product registration, notification, and declaration processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of products and raw materials in assigned markets.
• Assist with ITM preparation and related activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and identify potential risks.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers, declarations, and certification documents.
• Review and approve product artwork for legal compliance.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and support reporting.
• Support internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Legal) with regulatory and technical questions.
• Participate in preparation for regulatory inspections.
• Inform stakeholders about regulatory changes affecting products.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, certification, or a related area.
• Experience in an international or multinational company is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of regulatory systems, documentation, and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
