The opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter in Tashkent.

What will you do:

• Conduct direct search of candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment for the positions in Uzbekistan
• Initiate campus activities with universities in alignment with EVP
• Assist with employment offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
• Lead campus recruitment in mass hirings
• Participate in recruitment events and campaigns;
• Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and accurate reporting

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment

• Proven ability to recruit for senior-level, hard-to-fill, or niche roles

• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and assessment methods

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication
• Languages: Uzbek, English, Russian — confident verbal & written communication
• Ownership mindset: results, deadlines, and quality under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
