The opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter in Tashkent.
What will you do:
- Conduct direct search of candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment for the positions in Uzbekistan
- Initiate campus activities with universities in alignment with EVP
- Assist with employment offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
- Lead campus recruitment in mass hirings
- Participate in recruitment events and campaigns;
- Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and accurate reporting

What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment

Proven ability to recruit for senior-level, hard-to-fill, or niche roles

Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and assessment methods
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication
- Languages: Uzbek, English, Russian — confident verbal & written communication
- Ownership mindset: results, deadlines, and quality under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
