Project Manager

Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead development of a central integration layer, ensuring scalable system connectivity, reliable data exchange, and seamless interoperability across platforms.

The project is focused on developing and maintaining a central integration layer that enables seamless connectivity between internal and external systems. The team designs, implements, and supports scalable integration solutions to ensure reliable data exchange and consistent system interoperability across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the main contact for project partners across all phases—from tender participation to scoping, implementation, and managing business relationships.
• Leading diverse project teams, moderate high-level meetings, and presenting complex IT topics to various audiences.
• Prioritizing and communicating partner and stakeholder requirements for Product and Engineering—covering backend processes to user-facing features.
• Planning and driving IT projects end-to-end using both Agile and classic methodologies.
• Maintaining project timelines and documentation, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Project Manager for 2+ years.
• Experience with common tech stack such as Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.
• Leadership skills — inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals.
• Strong communication skills — effectively conveying information to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Negotiation & conflict resolution skills — resolving disputes and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
• Stakeholder management — managing expectations and building long-term trust.
• Adaptability & flexibility — adjusting to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges.
• Problem-solving & critical thinking — proactively addressing issues and thinking creatively.
• Experience with common tech stack such as Jira, Confluence, etc. is expected.
• Level of English – from Advanced and above.
