Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join F&B operation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in financial reporting and analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all procedures and instructions of Accounting Department are implemented and takes relevant decisions
• Ensuring that department targets are reached.
• Performing month-end closing procedures to prepare the Financial Control Package;
• Keeping and Checking books and records of the company in accordance with laws to pay timely legal obligations as corporations tax, withholding and VAT.
• Checking fixed assets and all active assets, performing their annual count and ensuring that records are kept.
• Preparing other reports to be submitted to the management.
• Experience in preparing tax registers for VAT, CIT, other taxes. Skills of OFD, IS ESF user specifically for virtual warehouse, SNT.
• Recording cash sales
• Control over Credit cards records. Reconciliation non-cash non-invoice sales with bank current account statements and POS terminal statements
• Reconciliation non-invoice sales with WEBKASSA
• Matching ESF with purchase invoices
• Purchase and sales books

• Recording non-stock invoices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Accounting certification or progress toward certification preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
