The Electrical Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing all electrical engineering, installation, and commissioning activities during the construction of a sugar factory. The role ensures that the electrical scope of work is executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.

Full responsibility for electrical design review, procurement coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems in the sugar factory and power plant.

Strong coordination with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Regular reporting to senior management.

Implement best practices in electrical project execution, introduce energy-efficient solutions, and optimize electrical load management.

Job specific responsibilities and accountabilities

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Plan and supervise installation of substations, MCCs, VFDs, cabling, and lighting systems.

• Coordinate with mechanical, Instrumentation and process teams to integrate electrical systems.

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Lead electrical testing and commissioning.

• Enforce electrical safety standards on-site.

• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

Required

Education (Degree)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
