What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support mature systems and tools with 99%+ availability, creating documentation and trainings, and being the key point of contact for all users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales and beyond to understand their digital needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with the local and global innovation transformation strategy.
- Work with vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications for all Sales systems, tools and reports, ensuring we design solutions that meet stakeholders' needs while leveraging global best practices.
- Provide Technical Leadership ensuring the optimal design and implementation of solutions and Innovation Systems Landscape, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage digital projects efficiently meeting deadlines, staying within allocated budgets and complying with Mars digital and commercial policies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science or Digital Technology related field. Equivalent experience will be considered;
- 3+ years’ experience in a comparable technical position – FMCG or related industry preferable;
- Good understanding of business process, systems and change management;
- Familiarity with SQL and project/product management best practices;
- Able to work collaboratively with both Mars associates and external vendors;
- Upper-intermediate English and Russian, STRONG INTERMEDIATE TURKISH;
- A proven track record in delivering change and successful IT projects.
