Team Lead UAC Buyer

We are looking for a Team Leader UAC Buyer to join our team.

Job Description

• Building a team and operational processes for UAC traffic acquisition.
• Campaign analysis and traffic management to meet established KPIs.
• Efficient use of allocated budgets for traffic acquisition.
• Preparation of reports for stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Team management.
• Potentially - Organization of processes and people for the development of proprietary applications, primarily for the UAC direction, and potentially for the FB and In-App departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Google Ads (UAC) in gray-hat verticals;
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution;
• Ability manage budgets to achieve KPIs;
• Experience with Android/iOS mobile apps;
• Skills in rapidly scaling ad campaigns;
• Creativity in generating new ideas and testing new approaches;
• Understanding of creatives for UAC campaigns;
• Keeping up with Google Ads trends and algorithm updates
• Experience of team management and optimization of operational task
