We are currently looking for a remote Sales Representative based in Kazakhstan who can communicate confidently with English-speaking customers and help us book moving jobs.

What You Will Do

• Speak with potential customers in English

• Answer questions about our moving services

• Build trust and present our premium service clearly

• Follow our sales process and training

• Handle customer concerns professionally

• Convert leads into booked moving jobs

• Work closely with our team and maintain strong communication

Who We Are Looking For

• Advanced / near-native English speaking skills (C2 level mandatory)

• Clear, confident communication with no major hesitation

• Strong sales mindset and willingness to learn

• Positive attitude and growth mindset

• Comfortable working night shifts consistently due to U.S.–Kazakhstan time difference

• Looking for a long-term role (we are seeking people ready to stay at least 1–2 years)

• Sales experience is preferred, but not required

• If you have the right mindset, discipline, and communication skills, we will train you
