Position Overview

Support Tangem’s investment product team by automating reporting, building fast analytical tools, and accelerating experimentation.

Bridge Product, Operations, and Data teams by delivering rapid scripts, dashboards, and process automation without waiting for full engineering cycles.

Increase execution speed and reduce manual workload across swaps, staking, yield, and related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Automate recurring Excel and reporting workflows using Python and related tools.
Build and maintain regular performance reports for swaps, staking, yield, and partner campaigns.
Develop ad-hoc scripts to support marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and business initiatives.
Work closely with Data Engineering on DWH structure, validation, and data quality improvements.
Perform exploratory data analysis to support product decisions and fast hypothesis testing.
Create lightweight internal tools for operations and product teams.
Reduce manual processes through AI-driven automation and workflow optimization.
Translate business hypotheses into practical scripts or analytical outputs.
Support provider performance analysis, campaign ROI tracking, and unit economics reporting.

Requirements

Strong Python skills with experience in data analysis and automation (pandas, SQL, APIs, scripting).
Proven track record of automating business processes, ideally using AI-assisted workflows.
Experience building dashboards or structured reports for business stakeholders.
Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and basic DWH concepts.
Experience working in financial services, fintech, or crypto environments.
Understanding of swaps, staking, yield products, or trading mechanics is a strong advantage.
Ability to move fast and deliver pragmatic solutions without overengineering.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with ambiguous data.
Ability to collaborate with Product, Ops, and Data teams in a fast-moving environment.
