Обязанности: - Своевременный прием и обработка входящих заявок и сообщений согласно установленным шаблонам компании (звонки, Thumbtack, Yelp, email )
- консультации клиентов по услугам
- отмены и переносы выездов техников к клиентам
- оформление заявок в CRM системе согласно установленному шаблону
- помощь техникам в коммуникации с клиентами если возникают дополнительные вопросы после визита
- своевременная реакция на рабочие сообщения в рабочем чате
- контроль оплат от клиентов
- участие в митингах и трейнингах компании
Требования:- High level of English language ( verbal and written communication) as our customers are English speakers.
- You are fluent in Russian as our team are Russian speakers .
- You have high learning ability, are diligent, attentive to details, non conflicting person, feeling good while working late hours.
- quiet place without outside noise, personal computer or laptop, headset, stable home Internet.
Will be preferable:
- Experience as a contact center operator (remote or in-house), Experience as a service specialist, sales manager, project manager.
- Experience in international projects involving the use of live English speech.
Условия: - Remote position.
- Working hours are 7am -4 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), 8 hour shifts plus 1 hour break time.
- 5/2 schedule
- 2 months of probationary paid period.
- Competitive salary is $800 for the probationary period plus bonuses from each bid. Your salary after the probationary period is $1000 plus bonuses for each bid. Total revenue is around $1,500
