Rixos Borovoe Hotel is a luxury Resort property of Accor family and is surrounded by the pine trees of the Borovoe National Park and located on Shchuchye Lake (Shchuchinsk, Kazakhstan).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTRIBUTION:
GENERAL
- Contributes to the development of the hotel’s overall strategy
- Acts on behalf of the General Manager when required
- ESG activities follow up
- Prepares and defends the budget in related areas
- Monitors key financial indicators: Revenue, GOP, Food & Beverage Cost %, Payroll Ratio, etc.
- Analyzes P&L performance of related areas
- Develops and implements initiatives to increase profitability and optimize costs
People Management
- Leads the team there will be reporting to the position TBA
- Participates in recruitment of key positions
- Oversees performance reviews and succession planning
- Builds and maintains a strong service culture aligned with luxury standards
Guest Experience
- Monitors guest feedback (Trust You, SARA, internal surveys, etc.)
- Personally engages with VIP guests
- Ensures compliance with LQA standards in all related areas
F&B And Kitchen Operational Management
- Positions restaurants as independent revenue centers
- Provides overall leadership of all F&B divisions: restaurants, bars, banquet operations, room service, minibar, and lounge areas
- Ensures compliance with brand standards and outlet concepts
- Monitors service quality, speed of service, upselling performance, and guest engagement
- Conducts regular operational inspections of all F&B outlets
- Oversees the Executive Chef and the entire culinary team
- Controls F&B cost, waste management, etc
- Participates in menu development, seasonal offers, and gastronomic concepts
- Ensures compliance with sanitation regulations, HACCP requirements, and F&B safety standards
- Supervises inventories, stock levels, and procurement processes in coordination with Procurement and Finance
Entertainment (with the help of Entertainment Manager)
- Oversees the concept development and execution of entertainment programs (live music, DJs, shows, themed evenings)
- Ensures entertainment activities align with brand positioning and guest profile
- Coordinates cooperation with contractors, artists, and event teams
- Analyzes the impact of entertainment programs on revenue and guest satisfaction
- Controls the entertainment budget and evaluates return on investment (ROI)
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:
- 3-5 years of experience in the same position or Director of Operations
- 5 * hotel or upper with not less than 150 keys and 5 outlets and 50 team members in the subordinate team
- Deep background in F&B
- Experience of new programs or strategies successfully rolling out
- Fluent English and Russian, Kazakh strong advantage
