Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Kids Department

• Train, and supervise Kids teachers

• Communicate with parents and maintain satisfaction

• Support marketing

• Content creation and idea generation for Kids Department social media

• Academic Inspection and Quality Control

Requirements

• IELTS 7.5+

• Diploma in Pedagogy

• Loves working with children

• Interest in modern teaching methods

• Strong communication and organizational skills
