We’re looking for an AI Automation Lead to drive intelligent automation initiatives across our fintech ecosystem. If you’re passionate about building scalable AI-powered workflows and turning complex processes into efficient systems — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and implement high-impact AI automation opportunities
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows (LLMs, AI agents, RPA, APIs)
• Automate operations across payments, onboarding, compliance, support, and risk
• Integrate AI tools with core systems (CRM, payment infrastructure, internal platforms)
• Measure performance, optimize processes, and deliver measurable ROI
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4+ years in automation, AI, fintech operations, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms
• Strong understanding of fintech workflows (payments, KYC/AML, fraud is a plus)
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
