We are looking for a highly communicative and driven professional to support our CEO in managing high-level LinkedIn communication and relationships with global decision-makers.
This role sits close to the CEO and focuses on representing his voice in conversations with founders, executives, and partners worldwide, while helping convert inbound interest into meaningful business opportunities.
What you will do:

Communicate on behalf of the CEO in LinkedIn messages with founders, executives, and partners

Review and respond to inbound conversations, maintaining a consistent and thoughtful tone of voice

Qualify incoming opportunities and coordinate meetings with the sales team

Maintain structured follow-ups and ensure conversations move forward

Support the CEO’s LinkedIn presence (comments, light engagement, occasional publishing support)

Learn and internalize the CEO’s communication style and business context

Collaborate closely with the CEO and internal team during the onboarding phase, with increasing autonomy over time
You will be a great fit if you:

Have excellent written and spoken English at C1 level and feel confident communicating with international audiences

Are naturally articulate, socially intelligent, and emotionally aware in conversations

Can represent someone else’s voice authentically and adapt your tone to different contexts

Are highly reliable and comfortable working in a trust-based, high-responsibility role

Learn fast and enjoy being close to decision-makers and business conversations

Are organized and able to manage multiple ongoing conversations simultaneously

Are curious about business, startups, and global markets
