Key Responsibilities:
Driving & establishing new growth levers through market insights. Understand the strategic priority for the business, scout for opportunities to launch new products / therapies that are aligned to our Spaces and Strategy for CISК markets.
Portfolio management:
- Create steady pipeline of products in line with strategy plan, TA / Growth strategy objectives;
- Continuous analysis of market trends for existing brands and TAs; Propose corrections to existing strategies.
- Drive product selection/ideation across various initiatives. Leading new product evaluation/ rationality of concepts and medical aspects;
- Support Marketing team in preparation, review and validate business cases for products in the pipeline;
- Participate in internal Portfolio meetings to represent interests of KZ, UZ, BY Markets.
- Ensure strong filing plan for KZ, UZ, BY, coordinate preparation of filings and launches by cross-functional team;
- Regular monitoring and support of planned filings, drive discussions with Key Stakeholders for decision / intervention. Identify bottlenecks and drive processes to improve/impact pipeline implementation timelines;
- Assess risks, design strategy for risk mitigation for a balanced/winning portfolio for each market;
- Support Marketing team in Commercial planning exercise, provide with launch timelines for future pipeline;
- Close collaboration with Medical and Marketing teams for KOL/HCP insights collection for future pipeline;
- Lyfe-cycle management of existing portfolio: support planning of main variations/changes and lead its’ implementation through cross—functional collaboration;
- Close collaboration with Marketing team for launch preparation
Requirements:
- Higher education (Healthcare, Management and Administration, International Relations and related fields);
- At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management or portfolio lead's position in marketing division of top-ranked, mostly multinational, companies, which perform their activities in line with norms of ethical promotion;
- Deep knowledge of regional pharmaceutical market, of its conditions/environment, features and specificity, general information in medical and pharmaceutical sectors;
- Understanding of market segments and approaches to determine target market, define competitive environment, target audience and key promoting factors;
- Good knowledge of structure of healthcare facilities, pharmacies and hospitals;
- Understanding of principles of product promotion to healthcare specialists;
- Understanding of principles of distribution and market access of medical products, food supplements and medical devices;
- Deep understanding of Marketing Strategy and Concepts of Marketing in OTC and Rx Businesses;
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluation of marketing trends and experience in leveraging them to new portfolio creation;
- Business finance knowledge and experience in P&L calculation;
- Knowledge of languages: Russian, English – fluent;
- Computer knowledge: Proficient computer skills and ability to work with Internet, MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams);
- Driver license B category.
