CompleteSoft is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. We are like-minded people passionate about creating products for various areas of life.
We specialize in outsourced software development.
It’s possible to start the workday after 14:00 and combine the job with university studies.
Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing & Outreach
- Research and identify potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, email and other tools.
- Launch and manage multi-channel outreach.
- Create personalized multi-touch sequences for different personas based on industry, role, and pain points.
- Qualify leads and convert them into meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM pipelines, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Head of the Lead Generation team on messaging and outreach strategy.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular updates on lead quality, progress, and conversions.
- Collect feedback from prospects to improve positioning and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in IT B2B lead generation (entry-level candidates are also welcome).
- Strong English (B2+).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of multi-touch outreach strategies (LinkedIn + email + follow-ups) is a plus.
- CRM discipline (HubSpot).
- Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
- Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or custom software development is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the European and US markets.
- Proficiency in German or other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
