Marketing Specialist

We are an international company and the official distributor of the realme brand in Kazakhstan. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help with product launches, influencer collaborations, digital campaigns, and partnership activities.

Responsibilities:

• Product launch planning and execution for new smartphone models
• Coordination of launch activities with e commerce and retail teams
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring timely task completion
• Preparation of post campaign performance reports
• Identification and selection of relevant influencers
• Negotiation and agreement on cooperation terms
• Control of content publications and integrations
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness including reach engagement and sales
• Search for co marketing partners
• Development of collaboration mechanics
• Organization and supervision of joint activities
• Generation of ideas for TikTok content
• Participation in live streams and broadcasts
• Trend monitoring and adaptation for the brand
• Community management
• Preparation of presentations and reports
• Translation and adaptation of marketing materials
• Work with contractors
• Control of placements
• Competitor analysis

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing

• Experience working with bloggers/influencers

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media (especially TikTok)

• Negotiation skills

• Initiative and ability to work independently

• Russian language proficiency (English is a plus)
