Middle-Level Product Manager

We power highly visual experiences across the journey, including virtual try-on, interactive 3D/AR, and AI-generated on-model images/videos content that scales across large catalogs.

The Role: We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager based in Minsk to lead product initiatives with a heavy focus on UX/UI and technical execution. You will own the product lifecycle from 0→1 prototypes to scaling features across large catalogs for our US and international based clients.

What you’ll do

● US & International Client Management: Direct experience working with US &

international based clients to translate complex goals into simple, high-quality

requirements.

● UX/UI Focus: Partner closely with Design to shape intuitive interfaces and maintain a

high bar for visual quality across all shopping experiences.

● Product: Lead product discovery through research, testing, and experimentation.

Continuously improve the product based on feedback, data, and market trends

● Technical Leadership: Partner with Engineering and AI teams to navigate technical

trade-offs, feasibility, and delivery.

● Cross-functional Coordination: Lead collaboration between the 3D team, Sales, and

Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and scalable workflows.

● Data-Driven Iteration: Define product KPIs track impact using Google Analytics and

Looker Studio to iterate on product performance.

Key Requirements

● Product Experience: 3-4+ years in Product Management, specifically working with

US-based clients and stakeholders.

● Design Orientation: Strong visual product sense with deep attention to detail and

UI/UX best practices.

● Execution: Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize under pressure, and unblock

decisions quickly.

● Language: Fluent in English (C2/ C1) and Russian for clear communication with

international clients and local teams.

● AI-First Workflow: Expert-level ability to use AI tools for day-to-day PM tasks, including research, generating mockups and prototypes.

● E-commerce experience: Experience in e-commerce, computer vision or virtual try-on.

● Analytics: Hands on experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio
