Join our Astana-based team as the go-to Office Coordinator for seamless operations in a fast-paced environment – start February/March 2026!

Обязанности:

• Handle daily office ops: scanning/filing docs, drafting letters/contracts/reports, registering incoming/outgoing correspondence.
• Manage contracts, invoices, site deliveries, expat travel schedules, procurement, and logistics support.
• Track assets, prepare reports (expense/waybills/monthly), assist audits/inventory, and liaise with contractors/government officials.
• Ensure office supplies, safety of company property, and ad-hoc support for Director/Accounting.

• University degree; fluent Russian/English (Kazakh preferred); PC literate

• Office-based, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; 1-year contract (3-month trial, possible extension)
