Our expectations:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Data Science, ML, Statistics, or related field;
• Strong experience in ML modeling, feature engineering, and experimentation;
• Experience with predictive modeling and ranking/recommendation systems;
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (BigQuery, Spark, etc.);
• Strong Python skills;
• Experience with embeddings, text classifiers, and LLM-based scoring;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Experience in ad tech, marketing tech, or real-time bidding – big advantage;
• English language level B2 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with reinforcement learning or bandits;
• Knowledge of DSP/RTB systems;
• Experience with fraud detection or brand safety;
• Experience deploying ML models in production;
• Experience with campaign optimization in Google/Facebook/RTB.

What will you do:

• Build bidding AI models;
• Analyze large-scale events data for data to drive decision-making;
• Improve campaign selection, and safety classifier;
• Develop AI metrics for real-time optimization;
• Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams on core logic.
