Dispatcher (U.S. Logistics) — No Experience Required | Night Shift | Tashkent

We are looking for new dispatchers to strengthen our logistics team. Join us as we work to optimize transportation networks across the U.S. The ideal candidates will bring solid experience in load management and effective driver communication to ensure seamless and efficient transportation processes.

Shift: Main (6pm - 3am)
Experience: Not required
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Mustaqillik Maydoni Subway)

Key Responsibilities:

-Efficiently book loads to maximize operational flow.

-Maintain effective communication with brokers and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.

-Oversee driver schedules and plan optimized routes for timely deliveries.

-Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries to consistently meet deadlines.

Company Requirements:

-English and Russian: Intermediate or higher, with IELTS score of 6.5 or above

-Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills

-Self-management and problem-solving capabilities

-Ability to handle stress in logistics environments

Work Conditions:

-Salary: Paid on time. Non-fixed. Only based on performance

-Schedule: Monday to Friday (7 PM – 4:00 AM)
