About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, scale growth, and build a strong emotional brand connection with our audience
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with revenue, LTV, and unit economics
- Analyze product–market fit, segment audiences, and prioritize scalable growth opportunities
- Build, test, and scale growth strategies across funnels, channels, markets, and categories
Paid Media & Funnels
- Manage $200K+/month paid media budgets (Meta, Google, and other platforms)
- Design, test, and scale high-converting acquisition and retention funnels
Audience, Positioning & Communication
- Build deep customer understanding through customer discovery (interviews, qualitative insights, and data)
- Lead value-driven and meaning-based communication, not just product promotion
- Craft clear positioning and tailored messaging for each key audience segment
Team & Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team of 10+ people
- Define KPIs, workflows, and performance standards
- Build marketing processes with clear ownership, control points, and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, Head of Marketing, or Growth Lead) / in US-focused DTCE-commerce / B2C businesses
- Proven ownership of marketing strategy with measurable impact on revenue and LTV
- Strong expertise in audience segmentation, positioning, and value-based messaging
- Proven people leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams (7+ people)
- Experience building marketing processes from scratch and optimizing existing systems
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian

- Experience in wellness, health, or faith-based niches
- Experience scaling DTC brands in the US market
