Business Analyst – Middle

Overview:

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join a Data Office team and help align business needs with data across multiple teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who enjoys working with processes, requirements, and data, and who wants to contribute to building a reliable and consistent foundation for master data such as clients, products, and partners.

Purpose of the role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and formalizing business and data requirements, as well as modeling current and future-state processes. Your mission is to support the implementation of master data solutions by ensuring data consistency, clear ownership, and reliable data usage, working closely with data owners and development teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements

• Analyze existing business processes and data flows

• Model as-is and to-be processes, including data-related activities

• Define data ownership, golden records, and validation rules

• Produce clear and structured business analysis artifacts

• Collaborate closely with data owners and development teams

• Support service implementation and participate in user onboarding activities

Required experience:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis roles (data-focused, CRM/ERP, or similar systems)

• Hands-on experience with business process modeling (BPMN is a strong plus)

• Understanding of master data management principles

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work across multiple business units and align diverse stakeholder requirements
