Master Data Senior Specialist (Temporary)

This role is responsible for financial Master Data process management, ensuring high level of MD quality and process efficiency supporting 6 countries.

What are we looking for?

• University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance;
• 2-3 year of experience in accounting & finance area (Cost accounting or Master Data is preferable);
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP/Atlas);
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Timely and accurately upload new financial master data (price lists and discounts for 3rd party clients, Transfer pricing for intercompany partners, cost centers, currency rates) into financial systems ERP and Corporate Management Systems, as well as upload changes to master data upon internal clients’ requests. Lead the process improvements via close partnership with other functions to ensure high level of process efficiency;
• Timely and accurately calculate standard prices for Raw, Pack and Finish Goods. Coordinate the related process (input data collection, upload prices into ERP System) to ensure quality and effectiveness. Perform and coordinate annual standard costing process;
• Perform control of uploaded data into the system vs. internal clients’ inputs. Prepare reports with evidence of the performed control results to maintain Governance and Control environment;
• Maintenance of roles in ERP System and Reconciliation tools to ensure Segregation of Duties rules are in place.
