Outbound Email Specialist

We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Email Specialist to take full ownership of building, optimizing, and scaling our cold email outreach system.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)

• Ensure emails land in the primary inbox, not spam

• Run inbox placement tests and resolve issues

• Build and manage campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist

• Control send volume and monitor bounce rates, spam signals, and reply rates

• Troubleshoot and fix broken systems quickly

• Build and clean lead lists using tools like Apollo and Clay

• Validate and segment leads properly

• Create short, human email sequences and use AI for personalization

• Track key metrics (inbox placement, reply rate, meetings booked)

• Identify false positives in tools and dashboards

Must Have:

• 1–3 years of hands-on cold email experience

• Proven experience fixing or scaling outbound systems

• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals

• Comfortable owning results end-to-end

Strong Plus:

• Experience with AI-driven personalization (GPT, Claude)

• Experience rebuilding burned domains

• B2B outbound experience for services, SaaS, or agencies

• Deep familiarity with Apollo and its limitations

English level - B2+
