SEO Specialist

To work on AIBY's projects, we're looking for an SEO Specialist. If you love data, smart link-building, and experimenting with LLM-powered workflows, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Work in the SEO Team

• Optimize link-building campaigns using a mix of classic SEO and GEO methods

• Use AI/LLM tools to scale research, content preparation, data analysis, and outreach

• Collaborate with the team for research development (keywords and competitors)

• Monitor backlinks, evaluate quality, and prepare reports

What you should have:

• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO (experience with AI/GEO/LLM projects is a strong advantage)

• Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and modern SEO best practices

• Hands-on experience with link building: identifying link opportunities, evaluating domains, running outreach campaigns

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets

• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc

• Basic experience working with AI/LLM models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)

• Understanding of GEO-targeted SEO, including ranking factors, GEO-content adaptation

• Ability to research competitors, analyze SERPs, and identify SEO growth opportunities

• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

• Proficiency in English (reading & writing) B1-B2
