Strategy & Business Leadership
- Lead portfolio growth, including brand development, expansion, and optimization of existing concepts.
- Identify new market opportunities, concepts, and partnerships to strengthen the Group’s F&B presence.
- Drive profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across all F&B units.
Operational Excellence
- Take direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all restaurants and cafés.
- Maintain a strong on-field presence, ensuring consistent application of operational, service, and brand standards across all locations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational benchmarks at both unit and portfolio level.
- Ensure excellence in food quality, guest experience, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Optimize operational processes, workflows, staffing models, and cost structures across the chain.
Financial Management
- Manage F&B portfolio, ensuring alignment of budgets, P&Ls, and capital Own and manage the F&B portfolio budgets and P&Ls, ensuring alignment with the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio-level financial performance, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and margins.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives, including procurement, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and waste reduction.
People & Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a strong multi-level operational and management team.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across all F&B units.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Brand & Guest Experience
- Ensure a strong, consistent, and differentiated guest experience across all brands and locations.
- Work closely with marketing teams on brand positioning, campaigns, launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with franchisors, partners, and key stakeholders (where applicable).
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, food safety standards, labor laws, and internal policies across all locations.
- Proactively identify and manage operational and reputational risks within the F&B portfolio.
Требования: - Minimum 5–8 years of senior leadership experience in the F&B / Hospitality industry, preferably within chain or multi-location operations.
- Proven track record in managing multi-brand, multi-unit F&B businesses with strong operational involvement.
- Demonstrated hands-on operational leadership including responsibility for Quality management, standards enforcement and day-to-day operational control - not limited to purely strategic or head-office roles.
- Experience working with international brands or franchise models is a strong advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with practical, execution-oriented operational leadership.
- Solid understanding of cost control, supply chain, procurement, and financial performance in F&B.
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complexity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Fluency in English and Russian is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Role Overview
The F&B Director will have full ownership of GLXY Group’s F&B portfolio, ensuring strong execution across all restaurants and cafés.
This role requires a leader with deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a practical, field-oriented mindset, capable of managing complex, multi-brand and multi-location operations. Reporting to the Group’s Board of Directors, the F&B Director will play a critical role in translating strategy into consistent operational performance and sustainable growth across the entire F&B chain.
