The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of a fine-dining Mediterranean cuisine restaurant led by a Michelin-starred Chef, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, strong financial results, and effective team management in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with luxury service standards
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional working environment
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensure the successful operation of a fine-dining Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, excellent service, and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate menu planning and updates in collaboration with the culinary team
- Organize and oversee special events and private functions
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and senior management
Requirements: - Proven experience in fine dining restaurants, preferably with Mediterranean cuisine or upscale European concepts
- Strong people management skills, including recruitment, training, motivation, and team development
- Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement
- Ability to effectively plan and organize restaurant operations, including inventory management and quality control
- In-depth knowledge of cuisine, menu development, and wine lists; strong understanding of gastronomy and oenology
- Fluent English, Russian - is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an advantage
