🔹 Responsibilities

• Full-cycle hiring (screening, interviews, offers)
• Employee onboarding & offboarding
• Personnel files and HR documentation management
• Contracts, policies, and staff regulations
• Probation period tracking
• Disciplinary processes and compliance
• Exit interviews
• Weekly and monthly HR reports
• HR support for management and operations

🔹 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HR experience

English: C1 or higher (spoken & written)

Well organized, disciplined, detail-oriented

Able to work independently and follow structure

Logistics / transportation experience is a plus
