Senior specialist ecom operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As part of adidas E-commerce team in Kazakhatan Senior specialist ecommerce operations drives Net Sales target execution and strategic development of marketplace channel by maintaining high level of cooperation with current and potential digital partners, supporting new digital partnerships acquisitions, executing sales initiatives and promotions as well as providing profound marketplace, competition and operations analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketplace strategy as part of ecommerce department and overall Kazakhstan market strategy.
• Direct interaction with marketplace representatives to establish and expand partnerships and increase sales through marketplaces.
• Market and competitor analysis to ensure our company's competitiveness on marketplaces.
• Analyze the assortment presented on marketplaces.
• Monitor sales and maintain analytics to achieve Net sales targets via improving processes and operations on marketplaces.
• Oversee the high-level execution of operations for orders received through marketplaces.
• Participate directly in other ecommerce department processes related not only to external marketplaces but also to the company’s own mobile apps and website, e.g. new features development and implementation, new digital partners 3P integration, analytics reports creation
• Demand KPIs and product analytics via tools like Power BI, Google Analytics 4, SQL driven analytics etc

Requirements:

• Completed higher education.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and e-commerce standards.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills with analytical platforms like Power BI as well as basic knowledge of SQL syntax
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics is a plus.
• Upper - Intermediate level of English is a minimum
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and assess the market and competitors.
• Communication: ability to establish effective contact with partners and other departments of the Company.
• Responsibility: a sense of responsibility for task completion and achieving results.

• Experience in marketplaces in CIS region (Kaspi, Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex market) would be a plus
• Experience in fashion retail or sports retail industry would be a plus
