Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

Our client, international beauty brand, is looking for Demand & Supply Planning Specialist:

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting sales forecast (24 months) in liaison with sales, marketing and finance based on historical data and information on prospective promo actions, launches and other events for responsible brands;
• Preparing and presenting purchase plan (18 months) based on the sales forecast and inventory level in line with the stock target;
• Regular replenishment orders placing to DCs and deliveries tracking;
• Managing effective communications of on-going operation with the Sales & Marketing Departments as well as with different departments abroad within the Company;
• Preparing & leading monthly meetings with Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketing to achieve consensus on a vision of future demand;
• Managing inventory making ABC classification, slow movers, excess and obsolete inventory analysis;
• Preparing quarterly and monthly SAP-based reports, eg: devaluation, backorder, sales reports;
• Efficient use & constant improvement of existing tools & techniques to manage forecasting process;
• Other key tasks as per business necessities.

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical background is a plus);
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Experienced Excel user;
• Job experience in demand, supply planning, business analytics - from 2 years;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, punctuality and high working efficiency;
• Stress resistance and ability to work in a sense of uncertainty.
