PR and Consumer activation coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies, including brand promotion, quarterly product launches, and customer engagement (activation and gifting).
• Organize and execute offline events: BTL, gifting, customer engagement. Including idea creation, budget control and documentation (please specify 1 primary KPI you would track in such initiatives and include it to your cover letter)
• Create and adapt PR content: press releases, articles, social media posts, landing pages.
• Integrate sustainability and CSR messaging into communications.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate work with contractors, agencies, and suppliers. Handle primary documentation accurately
• Monitor media and beauty industry trends, analyze competitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in PR or Consumer Activation Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends, brands, and influencers.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing external factors.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong presentation skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Kazakh: Ортадан жоғары деңгей (B1)
