Event Manager

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized Event Manager who will be responsible for planning and delivering IT Park’s external events, such as international forums, industry conferences, and official presentations. Occasionally, the role will also include support for internal events.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of IT Park’s external events, including forums, conferences, and other public and industry-focused activities — from concept development to on-site execution.
• Occasional support in organizing internal events (team events and corporate activities).
• Financial management: budgeting, cost control, and preparation of financial reports.
• Procurement of required services and materials; coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Preparation and management of all event-related documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Organization of tenders for selecting suppliers and contractors, with control over contract compliance.
• Collaboration with partners, sponsors, and media to ensure maximum visibility and impact of events.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably managing external or large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with budgets, financial reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have:
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience with international, government, or technology-focused events.
• Knowledge of modern event management tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
