We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Designer to help shape our visual identity and branding. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and be a good team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop and maintain our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to build new and existing landing pages and help improve how we visualize our product.
- Work with our social media team to bring the brand presence to a new level.
- Handle print, event participation, email design, performance ads, and everything else the marketing team needs.
- Work with the rest of the team to create a design system that will facilitate asset creation and structure the brand's look and feel.
- Enhance and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
- Collaborate effectively with each sub-area in the marketing team and cross-team with the product and sales teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Provide creative direction for design projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep the brand fresh and appealing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic and business objectives while considering UX best practices and user habits.
- Leadership skills are considered a plus.
