We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand (full relocation)
WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
Drive HR initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and a positive work environment.
Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with legal requirements.
Ensure compliance with Uzbek labor law in HR documents and processes.
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance incentives to maintain competitiveness.
Lead HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to Group standards.
Enhance employer branding and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Manage performance and career processes to build a strong talent pipeline.
Plan and implement training programs, including leadership development.
Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support key stakeholders.
Lead recruiting, manage the talent pool, and implement retention measures.
Guide and develop the HR team to ensure clarity of roles and operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of labor law and interaction with authorities.
Experience in C&B, organizational development and core HR processes (on/offboarding, documentation).
Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek(preferred).
