Softgile is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Uzbekistan. This role is pivotal to expanding Softgile’s presence in the region, focusing on new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving the growth of our services and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields (preferably in IT or consulting).
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics in Uzbekistan and the surrounding region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting.
- Fluent in Uzbek and English (Russian is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new clients, focusing on both long-term and short-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.
