Finance Manager Uzbekistan

We’re excited to expand and open a local Intrepid Travel office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – and you can be a part of this fantastic core team!

As a Finance Manager for Intrepid Travel Uzbekistan, you will handle the following:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial operations for Central Asia - from cash flow and payroll to budgeting and management reports.
• Handle the company financial ledger
• Complete accurate accounting work including accounts receivable and accounts payables
• Manage financial reports while ensuring tax compliance.
• Safeguard financial compliance and deliver strategic business performance reporting.
• Reporting to the Country Director (General Manager), you'll contribute towards the overall direction of Intrepid in Central Asia!

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or a member of CA/ ACCA
• 5+ years in a professional Accounting/ Finance role, including experience in the travel & tourism industry.
• Great communication skills in English and the local languages
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential, with hands-on experience in accounting software like D365.
• You’ll also have a high level of integrity coupled with strong organisational skills.

• Ability to travel to and work on-site in our upcoming office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
