We are currently looking for a Business Analyst / System Analyst.

About the Role:

• As a System Analyst you will provide both system and business analysis of our products to meet project and customer goals. You will participate in the solution analysis and design stage on Netcracker product and Customer projects.
• Your role involves in-depth collaboration with stakeholders, including architects, business analysts, and developers from different teams within the company.
• Your main goal is to understand their needs and translate these into robust and effective system designs and business deliverable documentation.
• You will work on design and customization of mission-critical solutions to world-leading telecom companies.
• You will be part of the high-level concept development and will be delivering the detailed design for external/internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and processes, understand requirements/problems coming from internal teams and customer business.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication across business and technical streams.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications using industry-standard artifacts like Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Flows, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams. Model business processes using BPMN.
• Design and describe system integrations, including REST and GraphQL APIs, mock services, and asynchronous message flows
• Deliver, present, and justify documents containing end-to-end high-level functional requirements and low-level designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of internal products and customer solutions in different areas.
• Contribute to Netcracker product development to ensure that the OOB solution meets current industry needs.
• Be customer-focused, constantly explore to conceptualize and understand customer needs.
• Mentor fellow team members and actively participate in building the local team of analysts, organizing the process of onboarding, continuous training, and skillset improvements.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in combined business/system analysis roles.
• Fluency in English (Intermediate level or higher) — both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.
• Understanding of business/system analyst and other roles in software companies; knowledge of SDLC practices, experience with Confluence, Jira.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML, and process modeling best practices.
• Proven experience with system integration scenarios and API specification (REST/GraphQL). Hands-on experience with Postman, Insomnia, SwaggerHub, or similar tools.
• Confident user of Figma, Confluence, Jira, Git/SVN, PlantUML.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple domains (business, dev, QA, architecture).
• Strong ability to approach architectural design in a structured and methodical manner.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

It will be to your advantage if you are:

• Experience in working in distributed international teams.
• Background in telecom domain, especially BSS/OSS solutions.
• Master’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related technical fields
• Exposure to UX/UI design principles or close cooperation with design teams.

Основные обязанности:

• Сотрудничать со стейкхолдерами для выявления и документирования бизнес-потребностей, целей и процессов; понимать требования/проблемы от внутренних команд и заказчика.
• Управлять ожиданиями стейкхолдеров и обеспечивать прозрачную коммуникацию между бизнесом и техническими командами.
• Преобразовывать бизнес-требования в детальные функциональные и технические спецификации с использованием артефактов: Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Flows, ER-диаграммы, Data Flow Diagram. Моделировать процессы по BPMN.
• Проектировать и описывать системные интеграции, включая REST- и GraphQL-API, mock-сервисы и асинхронные потоки сообщений.
• Подготавливать, презентовать и аргументировать документы с end-to-end высокоуровневыми требованиями и низкоуровневым дизайном.
• Работать с кросс-функциональными командами: разработчики, QA, проект-менеджеры для успешной реализации внутренних продуктов и решений заказчиков.
• Вносить вклад в развитие продукта Netcracker, чтобы OOB-решение соответствовало текущим трендам индустрии.
• Быть ориентированным на клиента, постоянно изучать его потребности и помогать их формировать.
• Наставлять коллег, участвовать в развитии команды аналитиков, онбординге, обучении и повышении квалификации.

Мы ищем кандидата, который:

• Имеет 5+ лет опыта в роли бизнес/системного аналитика.
• Владеет английским на уровне Intermediate и выше (устно и письменно).
• Имеет степень бакалавра в области ИТ, компьютерных наук, инженерии или смежных областей.
• Понимает роли в продуктовой компании, SDLC, опыт работы с Confluence, Jira.
• Глубоко знает BPMN 2.0, UML, лучшие практики моделирования процессов.
• Имеет опыт работы с интеграциями и спецификациями API (REST/GraphQL); работал с Postman, Insomnia, SwaggerHub и др.
