Capex Execution Engineer (Capital Projects & Manufacturing, Innovation)

Lead complex projects in capital construction, production line modernization, and implementation of innovative technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability in non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing.

Competencies:

Project Management:

-Planning, budgeting, and execution control of capital projects (CAPEX).

-Coordination of cross-functional teams (production, engineering, procurement, contractors).

-Risk and timeline management, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Technical Expertise:

-Design and integration of technological equipment for filling and packaging lines.

-Ability to read and develop P&ID diagrams and technical drawings for process and utility systems.

-Knowledge of food industry standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).

-Experience with automation and digitalization systems (SCADA, MES, SAP PM).

Innovation and Optimization:

-Launching new product formats at manufacturing sites (PET, glass, aluminum, multipacks).

-Leading global sustainability initiatives and optimization programs.

-Implementing energy-efficient solutions and technologies to reduce raw material losses.

-Developing projects to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

-Analyzing production data for process optimization using Excel and Power BI dashboards.

Experience:

-Capital Projects: Construction of new production facilities, modernization of filling lines.

-Manufacturing Projects: Launch of new SKUs and packaging formats, process optimization.

-Innovation Projects: Implementation of IoT, predictive maintenance, and digital twins.

-Global Initiatives: Leadership in sustainability programs and cost optimization strategies.

Additional Skills:

-Project Management .

-Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.

-SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project.

-Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

-P&ID interpretation and drafting.

-Vendor and tender management.

-English: Intermediate/Advanced.

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Food Technology).
