This is how you WOW:

• Implementation and grow of sales through direct sales, sales of dealers and Karcher Centers and ensuring effective implementation of set turnover
• Consulting, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with existing and potential customers
• Monitoring market and competitive trends and activities
• Effective handling of complaints and specific requests of customers and partners
• Preparation of offers and implementation of various marketing activities for existing and new products
• Preparation and management of the sales budget in the department
• Develops, implements and clearly communicates the commercial strategy to the employees in the department
• Initiates and coordinates the implementation of various fairs, demonstrations and campaigns in which he participates if necessary
• Makes proposals and prepares contracts with specific conditions depending on the client and the project
• Manages and offers solutions to reduce overdue customer debts
• Leads and coordinates key projects for the department
• Prepares various reports and analyzes related to his work and performs all other tasks assigned to him by the MD

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• A relevant university degree, e.g. engineering, management, business administration

• Work experience: min. 2-3 years background in a B2B sales managemant function, ideally in a technical enviroment like power tools, agricultural equipment, machinery, industrial vehicles, material handling or contruction machinery.

• Experience of selling via a range of direct and distribution channels

• Knowledge of foreign languages: Uzbek, Russian, English

• Computer skills: Office package 365, Google docs

• Other: Orderliness, communication, reliability ,confidentiality

• Marketing communication skills

• Negotiation skills
