Logistics Manager

1.Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation in Kazakhstan.

2 Collection of logistics resources.

3. New model logistics research, industry competition analysis, and in-depth understanding of local logistics.

4. Accountable for 3PL KPIs and Ensure smooth and timeliness of logistics executions basis on 3PL model.

5. Responsible for coordinating communication with other departments.

6. Responsible for the management and KPI assessment of the Agent team in Kazakhstan.

7. According to the company’s logistics characteristics formulate various management procedures and procedures for warehousing and logistics in Kazakhstan.

8. Responsible for logistics budget and cost control in Kazakhstan.

9. Assist the supervisor to complete the analysis and summary of the business weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and complete other tasks of leadership allocation.

10. Stay alert for the changes of local regulations and business models, identify the potential risk and accordingly, take pro-active measures.

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, freight forwarding, overseas work experience and project management is preferred.

2. Familiar with Kazakhstan customs policy while e-Pass knowledge as well as local customs authority’s operation experience is an advantage.

3. Good knowledge of local customs.

4. Rich supplier management ability, strong cross-department coordination and communication skills, project management and organizational management experience.

5. Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate effectively in English/Chinese.

6. Excellent analytic, problem solving and organizational skills.

7. Good data analysis and logical thinking skills; Good command of PC skills, such as PPT/Word/Excel/CAD; and SAP/WMS/ERP/PSS knowledge is definitely a plus.

8. Education level and major: Bachelor degree or higher in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management or similar subject.

9. Work experience: Over 3 years working experience in logistics or supply chain management.
